well being all alone in Canadia gives you a lot of time to think.  i've decided to continue on with the lifestyle i tried to implement towards the end of last semester and make some additional changes in the coming school year.  i think these adaptations will make my final year easier and happier.  actually, i know they will.  they'll just take a lot of self control and determination.
